On the way back for a latest to trip to Jimmys Farm we decided to take a quick visit to Pin Mill on the recommendation of a few friends that had been there recently.

After a quick look around, taking in the fresh air and spectacular views of the River Orwell, we popped into the charming waterside pub The Butt and Oyster for a drink and snack before heading home.
What a charming little place Pin Mill is, certainly worth visiting for a quick drink or spot of lunch if you are in the area. If the weather is on your side you could sit for hours watching the comings and goings of the boats too.
Oh how I love the Suffolk countryside.
