With less than three weeks till we leave for America, and the friends we are staying with sending us pictures of all the snow they have already, I have been on the hunt for suitable clothes and childrens winter boots for if the weather is bad when we out there.

Luckily S has been sent a lovely pair of HI TEC Childrens Winter Boots (my girls get the loveliest mail of all the children I know) so we can be safe in the knowledge that at least her feet will be warm and dry.

What I love about these boots, aside from the fact that they are the cutest thing ever, is that, alongside the super soft lining to keep her feet warm, they are waterproof to keep her feet dry.  There is nothing that dampens the spirit more (excuse the pun) then wet feet.

Thanks to the toggle that is used to do the boots up S also find them easy to get on and off herself – a big plus point for me when trying to get two children under five out of the house.
The rubber sole provides traction for all terrains, perfect for my active little girl who cannot wait for the snow to come.

There boots are so worth the £36.99 they retial at – as soon as O’s feet are big enough I will be getting her a pair too.

Big thumbs up from Essex HQ!

We were sent a pair of Hi Tec Equinox Mid Waterproof Boots for the purpose of the childrens winter boots review but, as always, all views are my own.
