Summer at Pizza Express is always exciting. As a big fan of this high street staple I always look forward to seeing what new dishes, and spins on the classics, Pizza Express come up with each new season that arrives.
This summer at Pizza Express you will find a delicious new range of summery treats to bring some sunshine onto our plates. Now only that, from 10 June until 31 August, a delicious, low-calorie salad, two summery desserts and a refreshing cocktail are joining the menu to really tickle our summer taste buds. New salads, sides and desserts have also been added, including a creamy white wine and salmon risotto, a traditional Panzanella, a refreshing Lemon Sorbet, Summer Pudding and Panna Cotta.

Leggera Summer Salad GF – £11.45
A wonderful dish, including succulent pieces of torn chicken, juicy strawberries, fresh blueberries, mint, and goat’s cheese on a bed of seasonal mixed leaves and finished with PizzaExpress’ famous Light Dressing and basil. This super salad boasts a modest total of just 315 calories.
The Hugo – £6.25
This refreshing and summery cocktail made with Prosecco and elderflower over ice, is finished with mint leaves and a slice of lemon. Summer in a glass!
Summer At Pizza Express – The Classics
I have always been a margarita with rocket and goats cheese girl. That was what I liked and I planned to stick with it. However on my most recent visit I was talked in to trying the rather marvellous Rustichella (Crispy pancetta, roasted tomatoes, rocket, Gran Moravia cheese, Caesar dressing). OMG. I had it without the pancetta as i’m not a big meat lover, but the essex Husband had his as ti comes and we both LOVED it. I have a new pizza of choice. It was so full of flavour, I cant believe I had never though of added salad dressing to the rocket on my pizza. Genius!
If youre not in a Pizza mood then you can never go wrong with the flavoursome Melanzane Parmigiana (Aubergine, béchamel sauce, mozzarella and tomato, gluten free breadcrumbs, Gran Moravia cheese) and a side of pollenta fries.

This summer at Pizza Express you will be spoilt for choice on offers as well as food. As well as the trusty voucher codeas and Tesco culbcard deals, Pizza Express as triallying a new lunchtime menu in 100+ brances this July and August. Featuring mini side dishes including half portions of Dough Balls as well as lunchtime sized portions of PizzaExpress’ most popular salads, flavoursome soups, perfectly proportioned Romanita pizzas and Piadinas (bread pockets made using PizzaExpress’ dough and filled with Italian ingredients) it really is one not too miss.

Sounds tasty, I’m not a big fan of goats cheese, but the super food salad sounds gorgeous. Love a good pizza as well, although like you I tend to stick to my favourites.
