I’m on the beach body panic countdown.
I have taken a look at my diet and are making changes. I considered trying some Herbalife shakes as my Sister-In-Law is a consultant but have decided that juicing will fit much better into my lifestyle and eating habits. I have also significantly reduced my carb intake and started to research the Paleo way of looking at food after seeing THAT gym photo of Alice from More Than Toast (serious girl crush material).
Alongside my ‘eat less’ mantra I also need at adopt the ‘move more’ ethos as well. What with me starting out on a freelance career I am slightly time poor at that moment so 10 Minute workouts will be the way forward for now (until I can afford the second mortgage that is needed for a guy membership).

These 10 minute workouts from fitnessmagazine.com are perfect for fitting into a busy life, I cannot wait to get started. It’s not going to be easy – I will find any excuse to avoid exercise – but it will be worth it come June when I’m lying in my Bikini on the beach in Ibiza feeling 21 again.
